APPOINTMENT OF NEW COMPANY SECRETARY                                            
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 30 November 2004 wherein    
they were advised that Mr Dean Hyde`s position changed to that of a non-        
executive director. Mr Hyde also fulfilled the function of company secretary to 
the company.                                                                    
In accordance with Section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE         
Securities Exchange South Africa, shareholders are advised that the position of 
company secretary will be fulfilled by Mrs Ronel van Dijk, the chief financial  
officer of the company, with effect from 25 January 2005.
