CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, the board of directors of the
Company (“the Board”) wishes to advise shareholders that due to his other professional commitments, Mr.
Sandile Phillip (“Sandile”) has with effect from 24 March 2023, resigned as an independent non-executive
director of the Company, and accordingly as a member of the audit and risk committees respectively.

Chairman Mike Bosman said that: “On behalf of the board of directors I would like to extend our appreciation
and sincere thanks to Sandile for his commitment and service to the Group over the past two and half years.
His energy and professionalism made a valuable contribution to the Board, and to the audit and risk
committees on which he served”.

The Company wishes Sandile continued success in his career and all future endeavours.
