DISCLOSURE OF            ACQUISITION        OF     SECURITIES       IN    SPUR
CORPORATION

In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, as
amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,
shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal
notification in the prescribed form of the following movement in the securities
of the Company:

Long4Life Limited ("Long4Life") has, on 4 October 2019, acquired a further
beneficial interest of 9 222 282 Spur Corporation securities, such that the total
interest in the securities of the Company held by Long4Life has increased to
12.5% (previously 4.0%) of the total issued share capital of the Company and
to 14.3% (previously 4.6%) of the shares in issue that hold voting rights (being
the total issued share capital of the Company excluding treasury shares and
shares held by entities consolidated for financial reporting purposes).
