APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                                           
Mntungwa Morojele has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of
Spur Corporation with effect from 1 June 2010.                                  
A chartered accountant by profession, Mr Morojele is a founder and director of  
Motebong Tourism Investment Holdings. He was previously managing director of    
Lesedi Travel, a Tourvest subsidiary. He currently serves as a non-executive    
director of listed IT company, UCS Group, and is chairman of their audit        
committee.                                                                      
Mr Morojele holds a B Sc (University of Charleston, West Virginia), an M Sc     
(Georgetown University, Washington DC) and an MBA from the University of Cape   
Town. He qualified as a chartered accountant with the Lesotho Institute of      
Accountants in 1993.                                                            
Spur Corporation chairman Allen Ambor said: "Mntungwa has extensive experience  
across a diverse range of business sectors and this, together with his          
accounting background, will enable him to add new thinking to our board. His    
appointment also enhances the independent non-executive director component of   
our board."
