APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR                                           
Muzi Kuzwayo has been appointed as an independent non-executive director of Spur
Corporation with effect from 15 October 2008.                                   
Mr Kuzwayo is the group chief executive officer of advertising group            
TBWA\Hunt\Lascaris. He was previously a director of King James Advertising and  
prior to that, operated his own business, The Kuzwayo Agency.                   
Spur Corporation chairman Allen Ambor said the appointment of Mr Kuzwayo would  
add a new dimension to board level debate. "Muzi is an experienced advertising  
and marketing executive and we believe his strategic brand insight will be most 
beneficial in a brand-driven business like Spur."
