VESTING OF SHARES GRANTED AND SALE IN TERMS OF THE BONUS SHARE PLAN
(BSP) AND RESTRICTED SHARE PLAN (RSP)
In compliance with paragraphs 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited
("JSE"), notice is hereby given of the following dealings by directors, the company secretary and
prescribed officers of Implats and its major subsidiaries, after having received clearance to do
so in terms of paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listings Requirements.
The transactions below were pursuant to vesting and exercise of the Bonus Share Plan (BSP)
awards and Restricted Share Plan (RSP) awards in the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan
(LTIP) Scheme and the applicable subsequent sales which took place on market. The sales
transactions have been executed in bulk by the LTIP administrators on behalf of all participants.
Certain executives elected to commit the Bonus Shares towards the Minimum Shareholding
Requirement (MSR) before the vesting date. To this end, the vesting of the Bonus Shares for
these Executives has been deferred to 1 October 2030 as per the rules of the Implats MSR
Policy.
