At the annual general meeting of MTN held today, all the resolutions set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting dated 10 June 2004, were passed by the requisite majority of shareholders present or represented by proxy. The special resolution will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of Companies in due course. |
