MTN withdraws cautionary

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 22 Nov 02 and 8 Jan 03, and are advised that discussions in relation to a potential transaction involving some of the company's non-South African assets have been terminated. Caution is no longer required when dealing in the company's shares.
