| M-Cell board proposes name change |

The board has proposed to change the name of the company from M-Cell Ltd to MTN Group Ltd. The name change is subject to shareholders approval at a general meeting to be held on 30 Sep 02. Should the name change be approved by shareholders, the company's listing will be amended on 14 Oct 02 to reflect the new name as MTN Group Ltd and the abbreviated name "MTN Group". |
