Alan van Biljon, who has served as the lead independent director since 2011, will step down from his role as lead independent director on 31 May 2017. Alan will remain an independent non-executive director of the company until the end of the 2017 financial year, whereafter he will retire from the board of directors (“Board”). Alan Harper has been appointed as the new lead independent director of the company, with effect from 01 June 2017. |
