M-Cell restructuring of the board of directors

Mr PM Jenkins, Mr JRD. Modise and Mrs GT Serobe have resigned from the M-Cell board with effect from 1 Oct 01. Mr DDB Band, Mr RS Dabengwa, Mr PL Heinamann, Mr RD Nisbet, Mr MC Ramaphosa and Mr PL Zim were appointed as directors on the same date. Mr JRD Modise who has resigned as a full director has been appointed Mr MC Ramaphosa's alternate.
