M-Cell results of capitalisation award

M-Cell has advised that 7 887 092 ordinary shares of 0.01 cent each have been issued in terms of the capitalisation award at an issue price of R14-44313 per ordinary share in the ratio of 0.4846 ordinary shares for every 100 ordinary shares held.
