| M-Cell subsidiary closes deal with America Online |

M-Cell's new subsidiary, Airborn, has announced its second global deal with America Online Inc, the world's leading interactive services company. This will allow ICQ (I seek you) registered users, a wholly owned subsidiary of America Online, to send 2 way short message service (SMS) from their PC to most GSM enabled phones world wide. |
