CHANGE IN IMPORTANT FUNCTION OF DIRECTORS: SOCIAL & ETHICS COMMITTEE

Datatec, the international Information and Communications Technology
(ICT) company, announces that Johnson Njeke, Independent Non-
Executive Director of the Company, will be appointed to the Social &
Ethics Committee (the "Committee") with effect from 1 March 2021.

Jens Montanana will step down from the Committee on the same date.

Maya Makanjee chairs the Committee and the other member is Stephen
Davidson, the Company’s Independent Chairman.
