NEW WESTCON INTERNATIONAL ASIA PACIFIC FINANCING FACILITIES

Datatec, the international Information and Communications Technology (ICT) company, announces
the signing of a two-year USD 80 million new receivables securitisation facility for its subsidiary,
Westcon International Limited’s Asia Pacific subsidiaries (“Westcon APAC”) (“the Financing
Transaction”).

The new USD 80 million facility has been entered with Westpac Banking Corporation, replacing
Westcon APAC’s financing facilities in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. The Financing
Transaction will provide an incremental USD 25 million working capital facility for Westcon APAC,
compared to its existing uncommitted facilities and will be at improved interest rates.

The Financing Transaction is expected to become effective on or about 14 September 2020.

Jens Montanana, Datatec CEO commented:

“Following our recent announcement of the refinancing of Westcon International’s European
business, our ability to refinance Westcon APAC’s working capital facilities in the current
environment underlines the solid fundamentals and performance improvements in the business
over the last few years. This new facility will also further enhance Westcon International’s overall
liquidity and credit standing.”
