NEW LOGICALIS BANKING FACILITIES

Datatec, the international Information and Communications Technology (ICT) company,
announces the successful closing of $155 million new banking facilities for its subsidiary,
Logicalis Group Limited ("Logicalis").

This new senior facility covers Logicalis' operations throughout the world, excluding Latin
America. It will be used to fund working capital requirements and also includes a new acquisition
credit line. The facilities were jointly agreed with a consortium of banks: BBVA S.A., Barclays
Bank PLC, HSBC UK Bank PLC, HSBC Bank USA N.A. and Siemens Bank GmbH.

The new committed facility will expire on 30 January 2023, with an option to extend for a further
year. The facility is subject to covenants and will bear interest at a rate of between 1.75% - 3.00%
above the USD, EUR or GBP base rate, which will vary periodically depending on applicable
leverage.
