Executive directors have deferred a portion of their bonus to be used to purchase Datatec shares under the
terms of the Datatec Limited Deferred Bonus Plan 2017 as approved by shareholders at the AGM on 14
September 2017 ("DBP"). Shares purchased in terms of the DBP are subject to an employment condition and
only vest with the participant if they remain in employment with the Company for three years.
