Logicalis acquires Australian ICT services and solutions provider, Thomas
Duryea

Datatec Limited (JSE and LSE: DTC, "Datatec" or “the Group”), the international Information and
Communications Technology (ICT) Group, announces that its subsidiary, Logicalis Group Limited
(“Logicalis”), has acquired 100% of the issued share capital of Thomas Duryea Consulting Pty Ltd
(“Thomas Duryea”), an Australian ICT services and solutions provider.

Established in 2000, Thomas Duryea is a provider of Data Centre, Cloud and Microsoft solutions and
services with operations in Melbourne and Sydney. With annual turnover of approximately
US$50 million and 125 employees, the acquisition will enhance Logicalis’ scale and capabilities in the
Australian ICT market. The acquisition will be paid in cash.
