Datatec has received a notification from Mr C S Seabrooke of a
sale of Datatec shares by Sabvest Limited (“Sabvest”) which is
controlled by The Seabrooke Family Trust. The sale is part of
general portfolio reduction by Sabvest for liquidity purposes.
