TRANSFER OF SHARES FROM TREASURY                                                
In compliance with the AIM Rules, Datatec announces the transfer of 151 916     
Treasury Shares on 8 June 2012 from the Datatec Limited Share Incentive Trust   
2005 (the "Trust") to settle the exercise of share appreciation rights by       
participants in the Share  Appreciation Rights Scheme 2005.                     
Following this transfer from the Trust, Datatec will have an issued share       
capital of 188 858 420 ordinary ZAR0.01 shares of which 21 788 are Treasury     
Shares held by the Trust.
