Datatec announces that Dean Douglas, President and CEO of Westcon, a division of
Datatec, and other members of the Group`s management team will be meeting with  
analysts and investors in South Africa during the course of this week. The      
purpose of these briefings is to provide a business overview of Westcon Group.  
No new material information will be disclosed and a copy of the presentation    
will be available on the Group`s website today - www.datatec.co.za              
Datatec will announce its Interim Management Statement covering the period from 
1 March 2009 to 30 June 2009 during the week commencing 13 July 2009.
